Account Deletion

At NextMatchup, we respect your right to control your data. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the NextMatchup mobile application.
Navigate to your Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.

What Data Is Deleted

Your profile information.
Account credentials and identifiers.
Messages and interactions.
Preferences and activity data.

Some limited data may be retained temporarily where required by law, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Safety and Compliance

NextMatchup enforces strict safety standards and zero tolerance for abuse or exploitation. All users must be eighteen years of age or older. Accounts that violate our policies are removed immediately.

Report a Safety Concern & Response

Thank you for helping us protect the NextMatchup community. You can report concerns using our in app tools or through our contact page below.

2. In Case of Emergency

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Once you are safe, send us a report so we can take appropriate action in the app.

3. How to Report

Use the in app “Report” feature found in profiles or messages.
Or visit our contact page to share details directly: nextmatchup.com/contact.

4. Information to Include

Username or profile link of the person involved.
Date and time of the incident.
Where it happened, for example in app chat or at a meetup.
What occurred, clearly described and with screenshots if available.
Your contact email so our team can follow up if needed.

6. After You Report

Our Safety and Trust team reviews all submissions promptly. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or notify law enforcement when necessary. You will receive confirmation when your report is received, and we may contact you if more details are required.
